As a public benefit corporation whose founders have had decades experience in domestic and international business, public policy development and philanthropy a gap was identified relating to comprehensive collaboration between organizations whose missions focus on either healthcare, education and/or business development serving veterans, the aged and generally underserved populations.

Our nation has always had tremendous organizations comprised of people devoted to noble causes, but it is extremely complicated to deliver services in an integrated effective way that combines best practices not only in service delivery but in marketing, event planning & execution, regulatory compliance, legal compliance, fundraising, tax law and relations
with titans of industry.
